Minimum rental is seven (7) nights.

 Rental prices  are subject to taxes and fees of 11%

Premier gulf view unit rates may be higher – call the office for more info.

Advance deposit required:  $250.00 (Changed to a Damage Deposit upon arrival)

A discount of 10% given for all rental time beyond the eighth (8^th) week of continuous stay in the same unit.

Base rates apply to 1 or 2 persons in Studios (limit of 2 persons maximum).

One Bedroom Apartment rates are based on 1 or 2 persons

Add $70.00 per week ($10.00 per night) for each additional person (up to 2 additional).

Two Bedroom Apartment rates are based on 1 to 4 persons

Add $70.00 per week ($10.00 per night) for each additional person (up to 2 additional).

Children under two (2) years are free.  Crib rental available.

When paying by check for rental, checks must be received two(2) weeks before arrival date.

Security Deposit will be refunded thirty (30)days following departure date.

Thirty(30)day cancellation notice is required to recieve return of security deposit.
